Week 8: Training Update

Week 8
13 weeks to go...


I met with Linc again on 4/30 to map out May's training plan.

Mon 4/28
Unscheduled rest – just too wiped from the busy move weekend.

Tues 4/29
Spin 75 minutes

Wed 4/30
Run 4 miles
Swim – 8x100 (30 sec. rest in between), 8x50 on 1:30 - goal <50>

Thurs 5/1 Spin 60 minutes

Fri 5/2 Long Bike – 68 miles (was shooting for 70, but my route was short a couple miles and I was out of time to make up the difference)

Sat 5/3 AF Drill – was supposed to get in a short run in AM, but had no time.

Sun 5/4 AF Drill – took annual Physical Fitness test and got a 100% for the first time!
